My standard rate is $125 per 50 minute session. I have limited sliding scale slots available. Please reach out to me directly with questions about rates.

Cancellation policy: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee. Please note that for those using insurance, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not covered by insurance and are subject to the full session fee.

I am an in-network provider with BCBS. I suggest that you contact BCBS before the first session to verify coverage of mental health services and to request information about co-pays and deductibles. If you would like to file for reimbursement for out-of-network plans, I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement.

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults. Please reach out to me directly to discuss my availability.

I do not provide 24/7 on-call services. If you experience a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or Mobile Crisis at 888-573-1006.

The confidentiality of our work together is protected by law, and disclosure of information requires your written consent. There are several exceptions to this protection, including: 1) if child or elder abuse is reported; 2) if intention to harm yourself or another person is reported; 3) I am mandated by a court of law to release information.
